What Canon wide angle lens with an aperture of 2.8 would be better for an SLR full frame sensor?
I own a Canon 5D Mark I I am in desperate need of a wide-angle lens. I did not know some lenses do not work with full frame sensors. I bought a Sigma 30mm 1.4 and vignetting when I was with my 5D, and I do not arrive with the next goal, I purchase.
Based on decades of shooting 35mm camera, I would suggest in this order, a wide angle for 5D fine. 1. The EF 20mm f/2.8 USM approximately U.S. $ 700 2. The EF 24mm f/2.8 about $ 500 if your budget is a bit short, to see if you can find a good used version of any of these two objectives. You, of course, we do not know to try any EF-S on your 5D.
